Clinique is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to support the Business Manager with team leadership, customer acquisition and retention, in-store events, and sales of skincare, makeup and fragrance. The temporary role is based at Boots Trafford in Manchester and is 37.5 hours across five days.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Business Manager in managing the team.
- Take partial accountability for developing and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, customer relationship management and leadership of a high-performing team.
- Create an exceptional customer experience that makes clients feel valued, respected, connected and confident.
- Sell Clinique products across skincare, makeup and fragrance.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team management experience, including leadership, communication, motivation and performance evaluation.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, analysing sales and scheduling staff.
- Experience creating and executing in-store events.
- Passion and energy for providing inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Approachable and friendly personality.
- Flexible availability across days and hours.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country.
