Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional skincare treatments in accordance with Clarins treatment guidelines while maintaining exceptional client care standards
- Develop skincare consultations and conversations with customers, positioning brand differentiation, ingredient stories, and product benefits
- Sell recommended homecare products within the spa environment and on counter, driving retail performance
- Foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat patronage through personalized engagement and brand storytelling

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognized qualification
- Proven experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role with demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to perform in a target-driven environment
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and evenings
