Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional skincare treatments in accordance with Clarins (UK) Ltd treatment guidelines and maintain high customer service standards
- Conduct skincare consultations and develop product recommendations aligned with brand differentiation, ingredient stories, and homecare product benefits
- Drive retail sales through confident product promotion and overcome selling objections with professional expertise
- Create engaging retail theatre and implement the customer brand journey narrative to attract and retain clientele
- Maintain rigorous hygiene and cleanliness standards in the Clarins treatment room, reception, and laundry facilities
- Cultivate customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits and product purchases
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in beauty or retail environment with exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial awareness and results-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings

Education
