Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional skincare treatments in accordance with Clarins treatment guidelines and maintain exceptional standards of customer service
- Develop skincare conversations with clients, educating them on ingredient stories, product benefits, and homecare recommendations to drive retail sales
- Focus on customer loyalty initiatives to encourage repeat brand engagement and long-term client relationships
- Create retail theatre environments that incorporate Clarins' brand journey narrative whilst engaging customers authentically
- Address and overcome customer objections with confidence and commercial awareness
- Maintain rigorous hygiene standards in the treatment room, reception area, and laundry facilities
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role with demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to sell within a target-driven environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings
