Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional skincare treatments in accordance with Clarins treatment guidelines whilst maintaining exceptional client care standards
- Develop skincare consultations and product recommendations, educating clients on ingredient stories, product benefits, and homecare regimens
- Drive retail sales and brand storytelling on both spa treatment and counter environments, emphasising unique brand differentiation
- Build customer loyalty and repeat business by creating memorable brand experiences and treatment journeys
- Create retail theatre and visual merchandising to attract and engage customers with the Clarins product narrative
- Navigate sales objections with confidence and commercial acumen
- Maintain strict hygiene standards in treatment rooms, reception areas, and laundry facilities
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role with demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial awareness and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexibly, including shifts, weekends, and evening hours

Hands-on experience in a beauty therapy, spa, or high-touch retail environment with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Education
NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent professional beauty qualification.
