Clarins is hiring a Beauty Therapist for a 21.75-hour-per-week role in Cambridge. The role delivers professional skincare treatments and client care, supports product sales and customer loyalty, and maintains treatment-room hygiene; benefits include 33 days’ annual leave and a performance-based bonus of up to 3%.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional treatments and exceptional client care, developing skincare conversations with customers to engage them in the Clarins brand journey and increase product sales.
- Maintain high customer-service standards by performing treatments in accordance with Clarins (UK) Ltd treatment guidelines.
- Communicate the brand’s differentiation and connect ingredient stories with product benefits and recommended homecare use, both in the spa and when promoting the brand at the counter.
- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits to the brand.
- Create engaging retail theatre that draws customers in and presents the brand’s customer journey as a story.
- Overcome selling challenges with confidence.
- Maintain high hygiene standards in the Clarins treatment room, reception and laundry area.
Qualifications
- NVQ Levels 2 and 3 or an equivalent Beauty Therapy qualification.
- Experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role, with exceptional customer-service skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
