Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and comprehensive product knowledge across all interactions

- Address and overcome sales objections with confidence and professionalism
- Support sales targets in a target-driven retail environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role with demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of retail dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with capacity to build relationships quickly
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and evenings
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness industries
