Clarins seeks a Beauty Coach (30 hrs/week) in Reading to deliver skincare expertise and drive customer loyalty in a part-time retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and comprehensive product knowledge across the Clarins range
- Develop skincare conversations with customers, engaging them in the brand journey and product benefits
- Promote unique brand differentiation and communicate ingredient stories, product efficacy, and application guidance
- Create retail theatre and experiential elements that attract and engage customers whilst communicating the brand narrative
- Focus on customer loyalty initiatives to encourage repeat visits and foster brand advocacy
- Address and overcome sales objections with confidence and consultative selling techniques
- Work shifts including weekends and evenings as required
