Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain consistently high product knowledge standards
- Develop skincare conversations with customers, engaging them in the Clarins brand journey
- Promote unique brand differentiation, ingredient stories, product benefits and usage applications
- Create retail theatre to attract and engage customers, incorporating the brand narrative
- Drive customer loyalty initiatives and encourage repeat purchase behaviour
- Overcome sales objections and close transactions with confidence
- Work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings as required
