Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain consistently high standards of product knowledge
- Develop skincare conversations with customers and engage them in the brand journey
- Promote unique brand differentiation, ingredient stories, product benefits, and correct usage
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers whilst incorporating the brand's customer journey
- Focus on customer loyalty initiatives to encourage repeat engagement with the brand
- Overcome sales challenges with confidence and drive commercial results
