Clarins is seeking a Beauty Business Manager to grow and develop its account and team, lead customer service, plan resources, maximise event and launch opportunities, and oversee stock and sales performance. The role requires two years’ management experience, ideally in beauty or retail, and significant experience in a beauty retail or spa environment; the schedule is 37.5 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Clarins business to grow and develop the account and team, leading by example and delivering excellent customer service.
- Plan team resources effectively to provide the highest levels of customer service and meet business needs.
- Maximise opportunities through brand events, new launches and promotions.
- Maintain accurate stock and sales levels, and monitor competitive, department and store performance in relation to the Clarins business.
- Build professional working relationships with each team member to support their individual development.
