Clarins is seeking a Beauty Advisor and keyholder at McArthurGlen York for a 40-hour-per-week maternity cover. The role focuses on skincare consultations, exceptional customer service, product knowledge, customer loyalty and sales, with shifts that include weekends and evenings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Promote the brand’s differentiation by connecting ingredient stories with product benefits and usage.
- Create engaging retail theatre that brings the brand’s customer journey to life while engaging customers.
- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits to the brand.
- Overcome selling challenges confidently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, develop skincare conversations with customers, engage them in Clarins’ brand journey, and increase product sales.

- Passion for skincare and beauty.
- Confident, articulate communication style.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment.
- Proactive approach to exploring new sales opportunities.

- Experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role, with exceptional customer service skills.
