Clarins is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, build skincare conversations and loyalty, and drive product sales through brand storytelling and product expertise. This is a 37.5-hours-per-week maternity cover role, with shifts including weekends and evenings.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, develop skincare conversations with customers, engage them in the brand journey and increase product sales.
• Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• Promote Clarins’ brand differentiation by communicating ingredient stories, product benefits and usage.
• Create retail theatre that attracts and engages customers, presenting the brand’s customer journey as a story.
• Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits to the brand.
• Overcome selling challenges confidently.

Qualifications

• Passion for skincare and beauty.
• Confident, articulate communication.
• Comfort working in a target-driven environment.
• Proactive approach and enjoyment of exploring new sales opportunities.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role, with exceptional customer service skills.
