Clarins is seeking a Beauty Advisor for a 37.5-hour-per-week maternity cover role in London. The role delivers high-quality customer service and skincare consultations, promotes product knowledge and brand storytelling, and drives sales and customer loyalty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, develop skincare conversations with customers, engage them in the Clarins brand journey and increase product sales.
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Promote the brand’s unique differentiation and explain ingredient stories, product benefits and usage.
- Create retail theatre that attracts and engages customers, using the brand’s customer journey as a story.
- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits to the brand.
- Confidently overcome selling challenges.
