Clarins is seeking an Assistant Manager for a 40-hour-per-week maternity cover role at Icon Outlet at The O2 in London. Supporting the Business Manager, the Assistant Manager will develop the account and team, drive counter retail objectives, and deliver excellent customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Business Manager in achieving counter retail business objectives and targets.
- Assist with team resource planning to deliver high levels of customer service and meet business needs.
- Maximise opportunities through brand events, new launches and promotions.
- Maintain accurate stock and sales levels, and monitor competitive, department and store performance in relation to the Clarins business.
- Build professional working relationships with team members to support their individual development.
- Take ownership of the Clarins business to grow and develop the account and team, supporting the Business Manager.
- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Passion for skincare and beauty.
- Confident, articulate communication.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
- Enthusiasm for new challenges.
- Two years’ experience in a management role, ideally in beauty or retail.
- Significant experience in a beauty retail or spa environment.
