Christian Dior Couture seeks a full-time Supervisor for the Sloane Street boutique in London to lead sales, mentor staff, and deliver exceptional client experiences in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor team members through sales techniques and targeted coaching to support achievement of individual and departmental targets
- Greet, serve, and advise clients with the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Develop client loyalty through a one-to-one personal shopper approach and build enduring relationships across the Dior universe
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and communicate awareness of current advertising, marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions
- Introduce add-on sales and optimize sales potential in line with departmental objectives
- Cross-sell between departments to support link sales and facilitate client engagement with all Dior product universes
- Oversee the visual merchandising of the department and optimize commerciality at all opportunities
- Manage stock control procedures, coordinate stock takes, and produce action plans for depreciated and slow-moving inventory
- Support the integration of new team members and guide their development through training sessions and mentoring
- Provide the operational link between the team and Management, conducting performance reviews and proposing development plans
- Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping, display, and retail standards within the boutique
- Ensure familiarity with selling systems, cash and credit procedures, and exchange protocols
- Support loss prevention and security protocols to prevent theft and minimize operational losses
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience at Supervisor level within luxury fashion retail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Existing client book or established customer relationships (preferred)
- Demonstrated passion for the House of Dior and its collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and luxury market dynamics
- Proficiency in a second language (preferred)
