Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with the highest standards of client service
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using a personal shopper approach to drive loyalty
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across accessories, leather goods, ready-to-wear, and fine jewelry categories
- Track and communicate awareness of current advertising, marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotional initiatives
- Identify and execute add-on sales opportunities to achieve individual and departmental sales targets
- Manage customer complaints effectively in liaison with the management team
- Monitor daily and weekly sales targets and departmental performance metrics
- Maintain client recruitment and development objectives through proactive client engagement
- Execute sales transactions through the point-of-sale system with accuracy in cash, credit, and exchange procedures
- Adhere to all stock management and security procedures to minimize loss and prevent product theft
- Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping, visual merchandising, and retail standards
- Assess and identify potential clients on the shop floor, building positive relationships with both peers and clientele
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to business performance initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail
- Strong knowledge of accessories and leather goods
- Familiarity with women's ready-to-wear and fine jewelry categories
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep passion for the Christian Dior brand and its collections
