Christian Dior Couture is hiring a Senior Sales Executive for its London boutique on Sloane Street. Drive client development and luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve and advise clients with the highest standard of customer service, consistently exceeding expectations
- Develop loyalty and lasting relationships with customers through bespoke one-to-one personal shopper consultations and tailored clientelling strategies
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and remain conversant with current advertising, marketing campaigns, new launches and promotional activities
- Identify and execute add-on sales opportunities whilst achieving maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets
- Manage customer complaints effectively and escalate to line management when necessary to ensure resolution
- Monitor sales targets and departmental performance on a daily and weekly basis to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Maintain client recruitment and development whilst generating sales through OTO (One-Time Offer) initiatives
- Follow all stock management procedures and maintain meticulous adherence to retail standards and housekeeping protocols
- Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of visual display and departmental presentation
- Demonstrate proficiency with point-of-sale systems, cash and credit procedures, and exchange protocols
- Take proactive measures to maximize security and prevent loss through theft or administrative error
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively to a cohesive working environment
- Assess potential clients on the shop floor and build positive relationships with peers and clientele
- Execute any additional duties as directed by the management team
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Genuine passion for Christian Dior and the collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and industry developments
- Proven track record of exceeding customer service standards and contributing to business performance
