Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve and advise customers with the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Develop client loyalty by building relationships through a personalised 1-to-1 personal shopper approach
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all menswear categories and communicate awareness of marketing campaigns, new launches and promotions
- Drive add-on sales and achieve individual and departmental sales targets
- Manage customer complaints effectively by liaising with line management as needed
- Monitor sales targets and departmental performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Follow all stock management and inventory procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and display standards within the concession
- Operate confidently with point-of-sale systems, cash, credit and exchange procedures
- Implement loss-prevention measures and security protocols to minimise product theft
- Ensure departmental operations comply with company administration systems and procedures
- Participate actively in team meetings with a positive contribution
- Execute additional duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury fashion retail
- Strong menswear product knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Passion for the House of Dior and its collections
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market evolution
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems
