Christian Dior Couture Payroll Administrator Intern in London. Six-month on-site internship supporting HR, payroll, and compensation administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support payroll and compensation administration for Dior UK
- Provide comprehensive administration support to the HR department
- Assist the Compensation & Benefits Manager in preparing reports and analysis
- Input and maintain data within the HRIS system and oversee data changes
- Manage data entry for new starters into the employee portal
- Maintain and administer benefits programs and communications
- Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
- Ensure HR administration records are accurate, effective, and current
Qualifications
- HR management degree or equivalent HR work experience
- Knowledge of fashion retail operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent numerical and Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation
- Appreciation for the luxury goods market

Beginner level; candidates with previous HR work experience or coursework in HR management preferred.
