Chanel Sustainability Specialist, Nature Programmes in London. Support design and delivery of global environmental initiatives spanning forests, water, and regenerative agriculture.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, delivery, and scaling of nature programmes across key topics including water, forests, and landscape restoration projects
- Develop methodologies and frameworks for environmental programme implementation and outcome measurement
- Manage multiple projects from conception through design, implementation, and impact assessment
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal teams, suppliers, NGOs, and implementation partners
- Generate insights and evidence to track progress and demonstrate the value of nature-based investments
- Contribute to the development of innovative approaches and tools that strengthen environmental outcomes delivery
- Prepare reports and communications for the Senior Manager and collaborate regularly with colleagues across sustainability, business functions, and external organisations
Qualifications
- Foundational experience supporting environmental, agricultural, and/or development projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with demonstrated proficiency in managing trackers, timelines, and structured processes
- Proven ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both specialist and non-specialist audiences

Experience
Foundational experience supporting environmental, agricultural, development, or sustainability-related projects, with demonstrated capability in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, agriculture, development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in environmental or sustainability programmes.
