CHANEL seeks a Makeup Artist at Harrods Knightsbridge to deliver personalised makeup consultations, build client relationships, host events and masterclasses, and support sales across makeup, skincare, and fragrance. The permanent role is 37.5 hours per week, working any 5 days in 7.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver immersive consultations, storytelling, and service-led experiences that elevate the makeup category and connect clients with the brand.
- Promote skincare and fragrance alongside makeup.
- Lead by example in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Support business growth through events and masterclasses.
- Mentor and serve as an ambassador to colleagues.
- Build lasting client relationships through tailored experiences in-store and via digital channels.
- Deliver expert, personalised makeup consultations that engage and educate clients.
- Confidently communicate product benefits, category knowledge, and application techniques to clients and colleagues.
- Host masterclasses and in-store events to elevate the makeup category.
- Use clienteling and data-capture tools to recruit new clients and grow the client portfolio.
- Help achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs.
- Coach and guide team members on makeup, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Contribute to CHANEL’s sustainability ambitions across restoring nature and climate, investing in circularity, advancing dignity and prosperity, and promoting women’s autonomy.
