Chanel seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant in Harrogate, UK. Build client relationships and drive luxury beauty sales in this permanent, full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences across in-store and digital channels
- Share passion and expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare through compelling storytelling and confident product knowledge
- Deliver expertly personalized consultations that captivate and educate clientele
- Utilize clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and cultivate the client portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators
- Contribute to the company's sustainability ambitions through embedded practices across nature restoration, circularity, dignity, and women's autonomy initiatives
