Role & Responsibilities

• Support sales activities and deliver high-level service on the shop floor to contribute to store business success.
• Assist Client Advisors in identifying client needs and providing a welcoming, attentive, personalized experience.
• Support product presentation and preparation in line with CELINE's boutique standards.
• Build knowledge of CELINE's products and complementary categories to support cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the boutique team on daily activities and individual and collective objectives.
• Promote a positive, proactive team spirit through reliability, flexibility, and readiness to assist where needed.
• Learn from experienced team members and pursue opportunities to develop within the Maison.
• Participate in team meetings and support follow-up actions as required.
• Welcome clients and help them feel comfortable in the boutique.
• Support the client journey during appointments, fittings, and sales ceremonies.
• Build client relationships through attentive service and a client-centric approach.
• Develop an understanding of personalized clienteling and long-term client loyalty.
• Support client preparations, including gifting coordination and product readiness where applicable.
• Follow internal procedures and guidelines to uphold compliance and ensure efficient store operations.
• Contribute to store operations, including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
• Maintain operational follow-up documents and provide administrative support related to boutique activity.
• Support the preparation and coordination of in-store events, client appointments, and boutique materials as needed.
• Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and presentation in front and back of house.
• Represent CELINE by embodying the Maison's values, service standards, and professional image.
• Build knowledge of CELINE's heritage, collections, and product stories to enrich the client experience.
• Maintain grooming and personal presentation in line with CELINE's image.
• Help preserve the boutique's elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a customer-centric role within the fashion or luxury industry.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, client service, or another customer-facing environment is an advantage.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products, heritage, and brand identity.
• Client-centric mindset focused on exceptional experiences and lasting relationships.
• Drive to take on challenges and achieve objectives collectively.
• Initiative, sense of service, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
• Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• English proficiency; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
