Stock Administrator role at Cartier Harrods, London. Manage inventory, cash procedures, and stock operations in this full-time luxury retail position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute daily banking and cash closing procedures, including opening and closing of cash-desk, reconciliation of payments, VAT-off sales processing, and deposit follow-up
  • Process all stock deliveries and transfers with comprehensive quality control verification
  • Manage consignment inventory and support omni-channel order requirements from a stock administration perspective
  • Prepare merchandise for display, including price labelling and price adjustment procedures
  • Support client order and reservation management within established brand policies
  • Coordinate annual stock counts, cycle counts, spot checks, and specialized inventories (certificates, stones, and gemstones)
  • Implement and monitor adherence to brand stock management policies
  • Provide operational support to alternative Cartier locations as required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or stock management role within a luxury retail environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; SAP experience highly desirable
  • Strong command of IT systems and point-of-sale applications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of watchmaking, jewellery techniques, and Cartier product range
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on integrity, emotional control, and stress resilience
