Canada Goose seeks a Seasonal Retail Associate in London to deliver engaging customer journeys, achieve sales targets and support store operations. The role is full-time and seasonal, with availability required Friday through Sunday, on holidays and for evening retail hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual sales and key performance targets to contribute to store results.
- Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
- Support a positive, productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork and collaboration.
- Contribute to key performance indicators and selling metrics, including conversion, average transaction value, average unit retail and units per transaction, by introducing customers to new, underperforming and strategic product categories.
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness, organize the stockroom, process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, and replenish the sales floor to support a seamless customer experience.
- Recommend products to customers using expert product knowledge and cross-department collaboration.
- Use point-of-sale systems and operational tools accurately and efficiently in line with Canada Goose standards, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Seek feedback to improve performance and support personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment.
- Prior experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations.
- Availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, with strong time management, organization and multitasking skills, and awareness of when to seek guidance.
- Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and adaptability.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
