The Seasonal Retail Associate supports Canada Goose’s Bicester Village store by delivering engaging customer journeys, expert product recommendations, and strong sales performance while maintaining store standards and collaborating with the team. This is a seasonal, full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to store results.
- Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
- Contribute to a positive, productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Support key performance indicators and selling metrics—including conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail, and units per transaction—by introducing new, underperforming, and strategic product categories to customers.
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness, organize the stockroom, process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, and replenish the sales floor to support a seamless customer experience.
- Recommend products to customers through expert product knowledge and cross-department collaboration.
- Use point-of-sale (POS) systems and operational tools accurately and efficiently in accordance with Canada Goose standards and standard operating procedures.
- Actively seek feedback to improve performance and support personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations.
- Open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills, and awareness of when to seek guidance.
- Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Basic computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.

Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment; prior experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations.
