Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee efficient shop floor operations to achieve optimal customer service, sales performance, and profitability
- Support the management team in all personnel, product, and merchandising functions, as well as business processes and results
- Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff briefings
- Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff
- Drive shop floor sales and motivate the team to exceed store targets whilst delivering an exemplary customer journey

- Meet company standards and personal sales targets including sales versus budget, sales per hour, and units per transaction
- Execute manager-on-duty functions, including store opening and closing procedures
- Build and nurture customer relationships to develop a repeat customer base
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room areas
- Collaborate with management to develop internal talent pipelines and identify potential successors for key positions
Qualifications
- Proven track record in supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury retail environments
- Demonstrated people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and manage disagreements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively
