Calvin Klein seeks a Store Supervisor to lead retail operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences at its Caledonia Park location. The successful candidate will oversee shop-floor efficiency, manage personnel and merchandising functions, drive sales performance against targets, and maintain premium brand standards whilst fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations and optimal levels of customer service, sales and profitability
• Support the management team in overseeing personnel, product, merchandising functions, business processes and store results
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all team members
• Drive shop floor sales and motivate the team to exceed store targets whilst delivering an exemplary customer journey
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
• Support team delivery of business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
• Achieve company standards and personal sales targets including sales versus budget, sales per hour and units per transaction
• Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening/closing and sales floor management
• Build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
• Ensure staff accountability in developing a repeat customer base through spirited, unparalleled service
• Execute and review 'door to floor' visual merchandising best practices for sales floor and back room
• Collaborate with management to develop a talent pool for key positions and identify succession candidates

Qualifications

• Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand environment
• Demonstrated people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict and disagreement
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease
• Team player mentality that recognises and celebrates contributions and achievements of others
• Confident in providing constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioural change
• Ability to work well with change, adapt quickly and maintain pace in a dynamic environment
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor
• Problem-solving mindset with a 'can do' approach and initiative to implement in-store solutions

Experience

Previous supervisory or specialist experience in premium or luxury retail environments, with demonstrated people management capabilities.
