Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales and profit
- Support the management team in managing all personnel, product and merchandising functions, business processes and results
- Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings to communicate marketing and sales promotions

- Ensure visual merchandising directives are executed consistently across sales floor and back room
- Collaborate with management to develop talent pipelines and identify potential successors for key positions
Qualifications
- Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
- Proven people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease
- Team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
- Confidence in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
- Adaptability and ability to work well with change and operate at pace
