- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Communicate store and individual sales goals, performance expectations, and results to staff; provide guidance on performance improvement

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of progressive retail experience
- Minimum 2 years of store management experience in service or retail sector
- Effective communication skills with strong relationship-building ability
