Stockroom Manager at Calvin Klein, London. Full-time role overseeing back-of-house operations, inventory management and team leadership at the Regent Street flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with wider management team to identify business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives
- Process deliveries, transfers and stock-related duties with accuracy and precision
- Accept incoming deliveries onto the system and organize stock in the stockroom using initiative to improve efficiency
- Ensure replenishment on the shop floor is completed correctly and in a timely fashion through effective delegation
- Maintain SKU accuracy and lead stock takes to guarantee inventory integrity
- Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve operational and financial results
- Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff briefings
- Communicate store and individual sales goals clearly to staff and provide guidance on performance improvement
- Own communication boards and manage facility-related matters including access controls and alarm systems
- Serve as RFID champion for central London, collaborating with central operations teams and supporting other locations as needed
- Build strategic relationships with key departments and personnel including Head Office, B&M teams, facilities and loss prevention
- Compile feedback on product and stock concerns from staff, producing reports and analysis with recommended action plans
- Conduct daily and weekly stockroom walks with Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Lead the roll-out and ongoing operation of in-store omni-channel and digital projects
Qualifications
- Previous track record in hospitality or retail management
- Demonstrated stock handling and inventory management experience
- Proficiency with stock control systems including FIORI, Store Force and RFID
- Strong people management skills with ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
- Effective communicator with proven ability to build relationships with ease
- Ability to work well with change, adapt quickly and work with pace

Previous track record in hospitality or retail with proven stock handling experience. Experience with stock control systems and leading operational teams is essential.
