The Sales Associate represents Calvin Klein on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service, product advice and outfit recommendations while building customer relationships and driving store KPIs. The role is part-time at the Regent Street store in London.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for authorising discounts and resolving customer queries.
- Act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Create outfits for customers and make additional product recommendations.
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information about product features.
- Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve performance.
- Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organisation issues are addressed appropriately.
