Calvin Klein seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate for its St Pancras store in London. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand integrity through expert product knowledge and engaging customer interactions. The successful candidate will drive store performance metrics, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure immaculate visual merchandising whilst embodying the brand's core values of inclusivity and innovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build meaningful relationships with clients
- Act as first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and serve as a brand ambassador
- Provide personalized styling advice and outfit building recommendations to customers
- Assess customer needs and communicate product features and benefits
- Drive store KPIs and contribute ideas for performance improvement
- Maintain shop floor and stockroom presentation, organization and visual standards
