Byredo is seeking a Team Leader for the Dr Barbara Sturm team at Harrods in London. The role supports management, assumes the Store Manager’s responsibilities in their absence, oversees team, merchandise and customer service, and drives sales, operational standards and Brand Ambassador development. Permanent position, working five days a week (37.5 hours), Monday to Sunday inclusive.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the management team and assume the Store Manager’s responsibilities in their absence.
- Oversee team members, merchandise and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives while maintaining high operational and merchandising standards and goals.
- Build highly motivated teams and develop Brand Ambassadors.
