Byredo seeks a Fragrance Consultant to join its Covent Garden boutique in London. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst achieving sales targets, developing brand awareness, and building customer loyalty. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Sunday inclusive) offers the opportunity to build specialist expertise, develop leadership capabilities, and advance into management and head office positions within a luxury fragrance environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets whilst promoting Byredo and Puig brands
- Deliver personalized customer experiences by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty
- Develop specialist product knowledge of the Byredo fragrance collection
- Maintain store standards and uphold retailer expectations consistently
- Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive store environment
Qualifications
- Experience in one-to-one sales environment, ideally within Fragrance, Beauty, or Luxury retail
- Genuine passion for customer relationships and brand representation
- Keen awareness of industry and market trends
- Enthusiasm for premium beauty and fragrance products
- Ability to work flexibly across a seven-day working pattern
Skills
Experience
Prior experience within a one-to-one sales environment, ideally in Fragrance, Beauty, or Luxury sectors. Transferable skills from related retail or hospitality backgrounds are welcomed.
Education
No formal educational requirements specified. Secondary education or equivalent assumed.
