Byredo seeks a Beauty Advisor to join its Liberty Store location, delivering premium fragrance and beauty consultations within a luxury retail environment. This full-time permanent role requires achieving sales targets whilst curating exceptional customer experiences through product expertise, relationship-building, and anticipation of client needs. The advisor will champion brand awareness, foster customer loyalty, and maintain the elevated service standards expected within Puig's selective retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized fragrance and beauty consultations to build lasting customer relationships
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets whilst maintaining service quality standards
- Develop and communicate in-depth product knowledge across Byredo and Puig brand portfolios
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively recommend products that enhance their experience
- Build brand awareness and customer loyalty through exceptional one-to-one engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards consistent with luxury retail expectations
- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging market developments
