- Own and maintain integrated delivery plans, managing dependencies, critical paths, sequencing and resource allocation.
- Manage scope, change control and RAID logs (risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies), actively mitigating or escalating threats.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, platform, enabling and third-party teams.
- Ensure delivery complies with architecture, security, regulatory and operational standards.
- Provide project governance forums with accurate, evidence-based reporting on progress, risks, dependencies and budgets.

- Partner with Business Programme Management to align technology delivery with business readiness, UAT, change management and adoption.
- Adapt communication styles to build collaborative relationships across IT, business teams and external partners.
- Maintain financial control over project budgets, forecasts, actuals and variances in line with corporate standards.
- Monitor third-party vendor performance against agreed contractual milestones and quality standards.
- Escalate commercial or supplier performance issues through Procurement and Technology Business Management channels.
- Work flexibly across technology domains within the central Technology Project Management team, balancing multiple concurrent projects.
- Tailor and apply the PMLC across predictive, agile and hybrid delivery models to suit project scale and complexity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMLC standards, templates and tools using lessons learned and best practices.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and peer mentoring of permanent and contingent Project Managers.
- Maintain visibility of resource capacity and future availability to support efficient portfolio deployment.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Burberry’s Technology Project Management discipline, including its PMLC, methodologies, tools and ways of working.
- Support the effective integration of permanent and contingent Project Managers into the central capability.

- Experience across project delivery methodologies, with practical knowledge of predictive, agile and hybrid approaches.
- Experience in matrixed technology environments across product, platform, architecture, infrastructure and/or enterprise technology teams.
- Experience working directly with senior technology stakeholders and project sponsors, providing delivery insight, recommendations and constructive challenge.
- Experience managing third-party delivery partners, tracking performance, challenging commitments and escalating issues appropriately.
- Experience working across mixed delivery teams of permanent employees, contractors and third-party partners.
- Experience managing project financials, including estimates, budgets, forecasts, actuals and variance tracking across CapEx and OpEx where applicable.
- Strong understanding of technology delivery lifecycles, software development practices and enterprise IT environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide clear, structured updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
