Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a multi-site retail team across Heathrow terminals, cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration and exceptional service delivery
- Drive commercial performance through identifying growth opportunities, maximising sales, optimising client engagement and achieving business targets
- Partner with the Assistant Store Manager and leadership team to maintain consistent brand standards and operational execution across all locations
- Curate an elevated luxury customer experience aligned with Burberry's brand heritage and values whilst building enduring client relationships
- Oversee operational excellence encompassing workforce planning, inventory management, regulatory compliance and health and safety protocols
- Recruit, develop and retain top-tier talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive team environment capable of delivering outstanding results
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large, multi-site or high-volume retail teams within premium or luxury environments
- Strong people leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop individuals and teams
- Commercial mindedness with proven track record driving sales performance and operational effectiveness
- Competence managing multiple priorities simultaneously and delivering results in fast-paced, complex environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative leadership approach

Experience
Extensive experience in luxury or premium retail leadership, ideally managing multi-site operations or high-volume retail environments with demonstrated success in driving commercial performance and leading large teams.
Education
Secondary education required; further qualifications in retail management, business administration or hospitality would be advantageous.
