Burberry PR Samples Assistant position in London—manage global press samples, track shipments, and support luxury fashion PR operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage global press sample send-outs and returns across menswear and womenswear collections
- Receipt and organize new samples, maintaining the samples cupboard and collection archiving systems
- Create, track, and monitor all samples within Fashion GPS platform
- Conduct detailed quality control inspections on returning samples
- Manage shipping invoices, customs documentation, and courier tracking to prevent delays
- Oversee delivery of PR samples and gifting orders to global destinations
- Support the PR team during key moments including fashion shows, press days, and special events
- Generate weekly reporting on sample activity and distribution metrics
- Provide ad-hoc operational support to the broader PR team
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build collaborative relationships
- Genuine interest in luxury fashion with demonstrated cultural awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Knowledge of Launchmetrics or similar PR tracking tools preferred
