Burberry is hiring a French-Speaking Luxury Client Advisor for its Regent Street flagship, joining a team of more than 60 colleagues. The role delivers personalised service to French-speaking and international clients, builds lasting relationships and achieves sales goals while representing Burberry’s products, craftsmanship and heritage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised luxury service to French-speaking and international clients, creating exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and thoughtful follow-up.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while identifying opportunities to grow client engagement and loyalty.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Burberry products, craftsmanship, heritage and current collections.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the flagship store to deliver a seamless and elevated customer journey.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, operational excellence and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills and confidence engaging with an international clientele.
- Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality or a customer-focused environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and building meaningful client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities through customer needs.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute positively within a large, diverse team.
