Burberry is hiring a Field Visual Merchandiser to support its London retail network on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave until June 2027. The role maintains visual standards across stores, delivers seasonal installations and product launches, coaches teams, and supports store openings, events and commercial objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain Burberry visual merchandising standards across designated London stores, ensuring a consistent, elevated customer experience.
- Execute seasonal installations, product launches and visual merchandising updates in line with global direction and brand guidelines.
- Partner with store leadership teams to identify opportunities to enhance product presentation and support commercial performance.
- Coach and guide store teams to build visual merchandising capability and strengthen execution standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits, and carry out follow-up actions to ensure visual excellence and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support new store openings, events and key business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous visual merchandising experience within luxury or premium retail, or another customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of visual presentation principles and how they support customer engagement and business performance.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several locations.
- Confident communicator who builds collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Adaptable and proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and commitment to high standards.
- Flexibility to travel regularly across the London store network and support occasional business requirements.
