The Customer Strategy Project Coordinator supports planning, coordination and delivery of priority Customer initiatives, including project tracking, analysis, governance forums, QBR and GTM preparation, and cross-team alignment. The role requires project coordination experience, strong organisational, numerical and analytical skills, and confidence managing senior stakeholders; retail interest or experience is preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate Customer Strategy project delivery, including plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, actions and stakeholder communications.
- Support implementation of Customer Strategy initiatives by tracking actions, progress and key deliverables.
- Conduct foundational customer and commercial analysis to support strategic projects and decision-making.
- Gather, consolidate and quality-check inputs from central and regional teams for strategic projects and business reviews.
- Prepare project updates, presentations, working documents and supporting materials for stakeholders.
- Support QBR and GTM preparation, coordinating requirements, inputs, materials, actions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate Regional Client Development governance forums, including agendas, materials, action tracking and stakeholder follow-up.
- Maintain the Customer roadmap and initiative tracking framework, accurately documenting and communicating milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks and progress.
- Coordinate recurring Customer deadlines and critical paths, keeping teams aligned and aware of upcoming requirements.
- Track actions and dependencies across initiatives, escalating risks and issues where appropriate.
