Burberry is hiring a Content Assistant in London to support the creation, management and publishing of global content across Burberry.com. The role brings campaigns, product stories and commercial activity to life online, coordinating content updates and site launches while helping deliver an accurate, engaging digital customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and publish content across Burberry.com, including homepages, campaigns, navigation, product pages and customer-facing information.
- Coordinate content updates and site launches by maintaining publishing schedules, preparing briefs and keeping delivery on track.
- Work with Content, Project Management, Design, Copy, SEO, Merchandising and wider Digital teams to deliver an engaging, commercially effective online experience.
- Prepare, organise and upload digital content and assets, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Support personalised content across key regions and perform quality assurance across desktop and mobile to help create relevant, consistent customer journeys.
- Complete pre-launch checks; identify, escalate and track website issues, working with Content and IT teams to support effective resolution.
Qualifications
- Interest in e-commerce, digital content, website operations and customer experience, supported by strong digital literacy.
- Experience in digital, e-commerce, content or administration is welcome, with enthusiasm for learning and developing skills.
- Interest in content management and product information platforms, and ability to learn new systems; experience with Contentstack or inriver is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to accuracy, consistency and quality.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively across multiple deadlines.
- Collaborative and proactive approach, clear communication skills, and confidence identifying and escalating issues appropriately.
