Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class luxury service across phone, email, live chat and social platforms, adapting communication style to individual clients and situations
- Create highly personalised experiences by leveraging client preferences, purchase history and previous interactions to inform recommendations
- Provide concierge-style service to selected clients by anticipating needs, coordinating internal support and creating seamless, memorable moments
- Build, develop and manage a portfolio of clients through regular, meaningful contact aligned to client profiles and Burberry campaign moments
- Take full ownership of client cases from initial contact through resolution, ensuring clear updates and comprehensive follow-up
- Resolve enquiries and complaints with accuracy, empathy and appropriate urgency, handling escalated or complex cases confidently
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Burberry products, collections, craftsmanship and aftercare services
- Use client discovery and product expertise to provide tailored styling guidance and product recommendations
- Complete all administration accurately and promptly, ensuring systems and case records provide a complete account of the client journey
- Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional partners, sharing knowledge, trends and client feedback to strengthen service delivery
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French
- Previous experience delivering elevated services, client relations or customer service in a luxury or comparable client-facing environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client portfolios through personalised, proactive contact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills conveying warmth, polish and clarity across multiple channels
- Strong problem-solving capability and resilience when managing complex complaints or emotionally sensitive situations
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify relevant opportunities while prioritising client relationships
- Highly organised and accurate, capable of managing multiple priorities and cases simultaneously
Skills
Experience
Previous experience delivering elevated services, client relations, customer service or comparable client-facing roles within luxury or premium environments, demonstrating the ability to build trusted relationships, manage client portfolios and handle complex inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
