Role & Responsibilities
- Build, develop and maintain a high-value client portfolio through consistent outreach, relationship building and personalised follow-up.
- Use CRM tools and client insights to identify opportunities, anticipate client needs and create meaningful engagement strategies.
- Deliver elevated styling and selling experiences tailored to each client’s lifestyle, preferences and purchase history.
- Generate business through appointments, virtual consultations, events, networking and creative clienteling initiatives.
- Strengthen client loyalty through regular communication and memorable experiences in and outside the store.
- Collaborate with the wider store team to achieve commercial goals while championing exceptional service and brand standards.
