Bulgari London seeks experienced Store Manager for New Bond Street flagship. Lead luxury retail operations and drive client-centric excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring trust, commitment, and client-centric excellence through personal example and authentic leadership
- Drive team motivation and engagement by communicating brand strategy and vision, encouraging innovation, and collecting best practices from across the organization
- Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators (both quantitative and qualitative), conducting daily briefs to align team priorities and spending significant time on the shop floor
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies that foster personalized client journeys, partnering with Local Store Team and District Sales Manager to elevate the customer experience through CX measurement programs
- Execute strategies to recruit new clients, host in-store events, leverage digital tools, and create strong local business relevance while nurturing the store portfolio and enhancing relationships with VIP clientele
- Ensure a seamless and consistent client experience both in-store and remotely for all client types, following brand selling protocols while enhancing Italian hospitality
- Organize and lead the store team (front-of-house, back-of-house, and Care) by allocating resources effectively and challenging the status quo to drive innovation
- Coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams through ongoing feedback, recognition, and structured development opportunities; cultivate inclusivity while managing and developing multicultural teams
- Partner with HR and Retail & Training Leadership to recruit, onboard, and develop talent, creating clear career paths for team members
- Supervise store operations and maintenance, delegating responsibilities to ensure proper stock management, visual merchandising standards, grooming protocols, and company procedures
- Maintain responsibility for the store's good condition, safe environment, and proper functioning in compliance with all brand standards
- Stay informed on market trends, competition, and omnichannel initiatives, leveraging insights to drive commercial performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of luxury retail management experience at flagship or high-performing boutique level
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a premium retail environment
- Proven experience developing and executing clienteling strategies and managing VIP client relationships
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage store budgets, inventory, and P&L responsibilities
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing multicultural teams in a luxury retail setting
- Knowledge of local market trends, competitive landscape, and luxury business dynamics
- Proficiency in retail management systems and CRM tools

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive luxury retail management experience, preferably within a flagship boutique environment. Demonstrated success in driving commercial performance, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences in a premium retail context.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further professional qualification in retail management, business administration, or luxury brand management is advantageous.
