Brunello Cucinelli seeks Assistant Store Manager in London, UK. Lead boutique operations, manage team performance, and drive sales for a luxury Italian fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate customer relationships through active shop floor presence and deliver a unique service experience aligned with brand philosophy, corporate image, and CRM guidelines
- Communicate clearly and courteously in English and additional languages with clients and colleagues whilst actively listening to establish mutual trust
- Guide sales operations and ensure both customer service and selling ceremony comply with company guidelines to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with Store Manager to establish specific, actionable goals based on KPIs and drive achievement of store targets
- Support Store Manager in organizing events, trunk shows, and CRM initiatives to acquire new customers and increase loyalty
- Maintain high standards by implementing Visual Guidelines and coordinating the team in assembling or dismantling visual displays regularly
- Deepen product knowledge and stay current on collections, ensuring the team receives continuous updates on Brunello Cucinelli offerings
- Guide the team in maximizing sales and performance whilst reporting missed opportunities and providing feedback on sales trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
- Manage and motivate the team in daily activities with a sense of responsibility, delivering continuous feedback to ensure improvement
- Safeguard collaboration between colleagues by mediating conflicts through group coaching or one-to-one meetings
- Cooperate with the stock department and provide support during inventory procedures
- Ensure retail operations procedures and headquarters guidelines are respected
- Maintain direct contact with headquarters and stay current with new IT tools, particularly Xstore management system and Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of retail experience
- At least 2 years in managerial roles within a luxury retail brand
- Solid understanding of product and deep knowledge of the fashion industry and luxury sector
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people management and team leadership capabilities
- Fluency in English
