Role & Responsibilities
- Create and develop positive relationships with customers from initial contact through post-sale engagement
- Meet and exceed CRM and client retention objectives
- Contribute to store management goals through collaborative teamwork
- Leverage the LUCE Client Book system to nurture and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Cultivate a network of contacts to expand the customer base
- Gather and communicate market intelligence including new trends, events, competitors' activities and product innovations
- Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and broader company teams
- Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines
- Uphold Brioni brand standards, roles and procedures while promptly identifying and escalating potential issues and risks
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within a luxury brand environment
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Comprehensive knowledge of men's formalwear
- Strong understanding of the high-end fashion sector
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a multicultural context
- Proactive approach to sales and professional development
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Physical mobility to spend extended periods on the sales floor
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a luxury brand. Made-to-Measure (MTM) specialization is advantageous.
Education
