Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Bobbi Brown brand in driving sales turnover and market share through consistent consumer focus
- Maintain a credible and professional brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times
- Maximise sales through selling expertise, delivering excellent service, and maintaining retail standards
- Understand and communicate daily and weekly sales targets to the team

- Create and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company and retailer policies
- Manage daily replenishment and stock levels appropriately
- Deliver visual merchandising layouts to guidelines and agreed timescales
